Irv Pfeiffer is owner and principal consultant of Irv C. Pfeiffer & Associates, a management consulting firm specializing in career development and executive job coaching. Prior to forming Pfeiffer & Associates, he spent 30 years with IBM in various marketing and personnel management positions. Irv manages IBM's National and Regional college and “experienced” recruiting programs from 1968 until 1989. During his tenure, IBM hired over 50,000 “top quality” sales, engineering, programming and administrative people.

He has been Manager, Alumni Career Development, KSM since 1990, working successfully with over 10,000 alumnus including graduates from our FT, TMP, MMM, EMP and NAP programs-many living/working abroad and outside of Illinois.
