Introduction

What can I do in Events?
Events provides a listing of upcoming and past events for Kellogg clubs and groups. In Events, you may view event descriptions, view RSVP lists and photo albums, and register online.

Who can use Events?
Events are primarily utilized for alumni to alumni communication. Visitors may also use the site to keep up with and register for selected Kellogg activities.

Viewing Events

Why can't I find a specific event in the event listing?
Make sure the event filter is set to "All Groups" and "All Dates" (the dropdown boxes are at the top of the event listing).

The event listing only displays events that are less than a year away. If you cannot find a specific event, it may be more than a year away or it may not have been published online yet.

How do I sort the Upcoming Events list?
Click on any of the column headers to sort the list of Upcoming Events.

How do I view an event's RSVP list?
Find the name of the event in the event listing and click on it, then click on the "See RSVP List" link.

Why can't I see the RSVP list without logging in?
RSVP lists are password-protected to protect attendee privacy.

How do I view an event's photo album?
There are two ways to view an event's photo album:

1. Find the name of the event in the event listing and click on it, then click the "View Photo Album" link.
    
2. Click the "Photo Album" link in the top navigation bar. Find the name of the event in the photo album listing and click on it.

Why can't I find an RSVP list or photo album for a specific event?
An event description only contains a link to an RSVP list or photo album if the administrator who created the event created and published the RSVP list or photo album. If the link does not exist, then typically the RSVP list or photo album does not exist.

Why can't I find a specific club in the drop down list?
Only clubs who currently have events published on the Kellogg Alumni Network web site are included in the drop down list.

Registration

How can I tell which events I am currently registered for?
Log in using your alumni account id and navigate to the "Upcoming Events" page. A description and receipt for the events that you are currently registered for will be listed at the top of the page.

How do I register online?
To register for an event online, find the name of the event in the event listing and click on it. Click the "Register Online" link and enter the requested information in the registration wizard.

Why can't I register online for a specific event?
If the "Register Online" link does not exist in an event description, then either the registration deadline has passed or online registration is not allowed for this event. In the latter case, often a downloadable form that you can mail or fax in will be provided.
